Western Connecticut State University's Institute for Holistic Health Studies (IHHS) hosts Dr. Aly Cohen.

In this lecture presented in November 2019, Dr. Aly Cohen discusses evidence-based data on everyday chemicals and EMF exposure and how they contribute to mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She discusses dietary approaches to reduce toxicity, clean drinking water, beneficial supplements, indoor air quality, sleep hygiene, stress management, and the safe use of cellular technology. Dr. Cohen provides practical tips and resources to enable and empower students, faculty, and the public on effective ways to limit environmental exposures in order to reduce mental health risks, better manage current conditions, and improve overall well-being.
